Is the AllowCheckOAT-Property only valid for the transaction it is
defined, or is it valid for all transactions. For example, I have 20
ib_transactions and all have a different AllowCheckOAT-Values.
1) From all transactions will the shortest AllowCheckOAT-time be taken
and after that time, IBO will try to end all transactions, that were no
longer needed by the system. Or
2) Every transaction will check its own CheckAllowOAT-time and try to
end the transaction.
