When using an ib_query and ib_grid1:
- there seems to be an anyoing refresh (looks like a with flash..) when
doing pageup/pagedown. When doing very fast, it even seems to effect the
title section.
- with rowselect true and rowlines/collines false the selected row still
shows collines....
