I had not tested this yet. There is a package you need to include in your
DPK file. I added it as the first one in the IBO_D5.dpk file's requires
section. It is something like bpldb50 or something like that. You probably
need to use the BCB equivalent of that package.

Otherwise, I recommend that you start commenting out the code within the
existing {$IFDEF} statements.
