There isn't an official guide yet.

I hope to make one sometime but since IBX is still in BETA and in flux it is
kind of like hitting a moving target. Once it appears Jeff is sufficiently
burned out and development on it settles down and IBX appears to be
stabilizing I will produce not only a guide but a tool to automate much of
the work to do it.

What may end up being done is a component called TIBXDataset that will
emulate the TIBDataset component and the others are pretty much useless from
top to bottom since I already have the BDE emulation components finished and
the rest add nothing different or desirable above what IBO already has
elsewhere.
