IBC_Edit.IMP, since having IBO controls that can work bound and unbound
seems to me very useful indeed.

Yes, the footing for that is already in place. I already did it for the
TIB_Date control.
It just hasn't been a priority for me. I am looking forward to explore how
interfaces may facilitate an easy way of doing that.
