Can anyone shed some light on the following error, only received after upgrading to v 4?

ISC ERROR CODE:335544569

ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
Dynamic SQL Error
SQL Error Code = -104
Token Unknown - line 2, char 19

STATEMENT:
TIBOInternalDataset: "<TApplication>.Form1.ibot.IBOqribot."

The component in question is the TIBOTable. The TableName property and the IB_Connection property are being set at runtime prior to attempting to open the table.
