My mistake, I meant to say the Personal Edition.
But, if their licensing terms for that prevents you from using it I guess
you are still stuck.

I've heard a lot of great things about Fast Report and it will work with the
native IBO dataset classes instead of the TDataset classes. Thus, you can
still have a nice reporting tool and avoid TDataset.
