I have not been successful at getting the TIB_DateTimePicker to work in Time
mode. That is, "Kind = dtkTime". The control does not seem to be
responding when connected to an Interbase Date field. If I change "Kind" to
dtkDate it seems to display and work properly for the date. Does this
control work for time and what might I try to get it to work?
