Try looking in D4Apps. Do a search on your drive. It is in there
somewhere...
If not, I will make it available later today. I've made some updates to the
app I should probably include.
It is for sure in a 3.x version of IBO. Perhaps I did get rid of it a while
back when I was trimming up the download size.
