Save yourself, it isn't there. I did not make the SavePoint method register
any kind of event directly on the transaction. The only thing you can do is
catch the Transaction's StatusChange event and keep track of when it is
coming out of tsSavePointPending state.

I could possibly be persuaded to add this event too. What would you like?
