Your KeyLinks are probably not sufficiently able to uniquely identify a
single row.

Examine your SQL trace and see if that gives you any clues. It would also be
helpful to know what you are doing when this happens.

I think this might actually be a different issue than the interbase bug
misreporting rows affected.
