I don´t want to waste your time because the problem isn´t very serious but
the same error occurs in the bound control too.

problem description in short:

when you overwrite a number in a TIB_Date the OnChange event is called twice
within the first onChange-event the TIB_Date.text property has a strange
value (e.g. 2..1..001)
