I have an app I'm testing that works fine when ran locally to an IB6 Server.
But if I run it from a different PC and access the database by the IP
address over a DSL line it is very slow. It could take about 3 to 5 minutes
to connect. And then slows down every time it needs to refresh the cache.

I'm using Delphi 4, IBO 4, IB 6, 633 MHz PC with 128MB Ram.
