I'll be happy to start up a Repository page on the web site if Jason approves of the idea - BUT - you can forget about GPL for Delphi code. Because all descendants have to "touch" the ancestor code in compiles, you can't distribute GPL Delphi code without open-sourcing the ancestor code, thanks to the viral rule of the GPL.

The LPGL allows you to "use" closed libraries. So does the Mozilla Public License.
