I've been through the archives that I can find (we have only just
moved, so I am still sorting things out) and cannot find any sign of
it.

I see in the AddOn directory there is an "IBModified.zip" file that
contains source for a richedit with popup. I dont think this is the
one I was thinking about, but it may be a starting point.
