I am not sure how this works, It is documented in the API guide and I did
what I could to include it how I thought it should work. If anyone knows
more about this I would like to make sure IBO is doing what it should with
this DPB item.

If not, take this to a general interbase support forum and see if someone
will help you. Once we figure out how to use it at the API level I can make
IBO use it properly.
