Using download from site on 1/27 . UPdated Delphi 5 professional.
Step 1 File- open "IBO_D5.dpk". Click on Compile and I get the error
message:
IB_Constants.pas: Declaration expected but end of file found
Fatal error: Coun not compile used unit IB_Constants.pas"
