Not yet, because it was designed to work with earlier versions of
Interbase that do not have the facilities. At present it maintains
compatibility with IB5 unlike IB_Console.

Current discussions cover just how to implement it since the Services
API is not 100% reliable. Some of us still use the separate command line
tools so as to maintain compatibility with IB5, and others just use the
Services Pallette from IBX.

This is on the lish list on both Firebird, and IBO to tidy up.
