If EMS guys have any legal claim to me,
they have everything to take any legal

But they _never_ will do this...
Unfortunately, there is no possibility to discuss anything
with EMS guys. All our letters were ignored by them.
You can see that my name is missing on QuickDesk splash
form. It is surprising taking into account that they do not deny
my participation in development of QuickDesk (in current version
of QD more than half of code is written by me).
This is direct defiance of the law about the author rights.
And after that they still can assert that we violate their
copyrights???
