Well, don't want to start an off-topic fight on the list, but I believe IB
Expert source code was pirated from EMS by a former employee, based on this
article and the below statements by Jason (who seems to know more about IB
Expert than I):

IB Expert has no information on their website countering these statements by
EMS.
These kinds of issues are very touchy because the laws often don't clearly
define what is and is not a crime, but I certainly wouldn't want to support
copyright infringement, especially if source-code theft was involved.
Just thought I'd give anyone interested more information to make your
choice. Check into it further (as I will before forming any further
opinions) and let your conscience be your guide. :)
