Sure, a duplex is a single building with a common wall that has two
apartment (flat) units in it. So, typically it isn't any larger than a
single family home. It's just setup to accommodate two separate parties.

In my case it is a rather small duplex with each side being just under 600
square feet. I only use one side for the office.

If enough people pool together, I do travel and do training remotely.
