I'm writing an Activex componet for make some database
work in the Iexplorer enviroment.
On the develloping machine there are no problems.
But when i go to another machine the Activex doesn't work.

Then I've made a little program (Delphi5 with IBobjects) to test the
network
enviroment.
I have two machines (one for develloping and testing the
other is a clean one for testing)

They are connected to a server (Win 2000) where resides
the Interbase server.

I've copied the test program to the test machine with gds32.dll.

When I try to connect to the server i get the message

Unable to complete network request to host "myserver"
Failed to locate host machine.
Undefined service gds_dp/tcp
------------------------------------------------------

The network is O.K.
Ip is O.K.
Hosts file is O.K.
