want it to stabilise into a rock-solid version and we dont want Jason
being taken away from v4 development unnecessarily.
I guess there would not be too much damage done by revealing the API
in v3. We dont have to do anything much with it until v4.
Is this OK with you Jason? If so I will make the additional changes
required and send them through to you.

the use of such services for pre-v6 databases. I could certainly put
the old series back in with a rename (to avoid overlap), but if we do
not intend to implement TIB_Services for pre-v6 databases there seems
little point.
