Pardon me if I'm wrong, but have you dropped down the components and tried
compiling the form with the offending code commented out just to isolate the
nature of the problem?

Do you have the path to the IBO sources in your environment settings for
Delphi? There is a library search path that needs to know where IBO's DCU's
can be found.
