Thanks, Mauricio and all you others who offered, but we already have all
the tools to do it. The Getting Started guide is highly graphical and is
loaded with screen shots and diagrams. The RTF and PDF output are
therefore enormous.

Perhaps everyone would just wait a little while and give Jason some
breathing time to think about it...we are both pretty preoccupied this week
on urgent work, a lot of things on the Agenda. Next week I'm going to be
away in NZ until Sunday (mother of the bride, first shot at that, as
daughter No. 1 eloped).

IMO, the hard-copy output from WinHelp is quite reasonable. I guess the
benefit you lose is the Index.

Our help authoring program does quite a good job of producing a book
format, but some of our diagrams are too large for a page, making some of
the pagination a bit bizarre...
