Oops that was a typo, should have been 6.01. Sorry.
And yes, I think it's the initial binary from Borland.

I only use a 6.01 server (binary from Borland, I guess) and have not touched
it.
I tried 5.5 client and then upgrade to 6.01 client. Server is on another
machine on the network.
