Any idea why not? AFAICT the TIBODataset has ColumnAttributes
published, BLANKISNULL is implemented in TIB_Column which exists in
the underlying TIB_ dataset, so I figured it should work.

Of course I dont use TIBO, so it does not matter to me, but I am
curious. Does this restriction apply to any other ColumnAttributes?
