Only' that I am referring to is 'Forms', which until version 5 of
Builder
were NOT available as text files. FreeVCS will only handle Forms from
within Delphi - the stand alone version won't ( or would not when I
tried
it some time ago ). Also at that time there were various requests to
Thomas with offers of assistance to provide a Builder (4 at the time)
version, but these were refused.
BeyondCompare manages the Form files very nicely, and since this is the
major
part of a visual project it is the bit that needs to be version
controlled
and while it is not a version control package, it shows that the job can
be
done.
