I am trying to test the latest with BCB and I am getting an error during the
linking of the IBO_C5 package that I don't know how to get past. Wondering
if someone here could offer some things to try...

What I get is:

[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'IBO_C5.OBJ'
