Dear List,

When we lost the IBO list at Mers, the subscriber list was lost also.  To rebuild the list, we had to manually extract the addresses of all those who had submitted messages in the past 8 months.

We had no way to know whether this new list included people who had already unsubscribed from the Mers list.  We apologise if you are now getting messages you don't want.

Please be patient with this and DO NOT SEND 'unsubscribe' or 'remove' messages to the list.

It is much easier than that to unsubscribe.  Every message contains a link which you can click to create an automatic email.  All you have to do is click this link and send off the email that is created.

Please help us by doing this the right way.
