There is no TIB_Table component.

In IBO you can only use the TIB_ controls with the TIB_ components. For the
TDataset compatible portion of IBO you must use the TIBO components only and
none of the native TIB_ controls are designed to work with the TDataset
stuff.

You certainly are welcome to mix them together if you like.
