Sorry, not IBO specific but as my access to the MERs list is down I would
be pleased if someone can help me with this :

I have a database with charset iso8859_1 and some fields with COLLATE
PT_PT. I would like to change the charset of all the fields to WIN1252, and
change the collate too... is there a secure fast way to do this, maybe
through the system tables ???
