Moving the data has never been a problem for our company. Using MS-SQL and
Interbase at the same time? Just a huge nightmare. Using Interbase with a
web based frontend couldn't be easier, PHP and Perl both have facilities for
making connections.
If I understand you correctly, you want to use interbase and replicate to an
offsite MS-SQL database. In realtime or every 15 minutes or what?
