OK, this is another installment of the MS SQL To InterBase wizard. It
has now been joined with the Access To InterBase wizard - they are
one and the same.

New stuff:
. IDENTITY fields and AutoNumber fields migrate as a generator and a
BEFORE trigger
. you can create script files which include data pumping
. you can create dialect 3 databases, with spaces in the field and
table names (you brave soul, you ;-) )

There are still a number of pending issues (check the readme.htm)
file, just so everyone has a chance to pitch in and give a hand :-)
