Hello,
I'm currently building a PHP based DBAL, and have thrown together a Firebird extension.

However, I've never used Firebird SQL, and I know the extension could be greatly improved upon and needs testing.

If someone with a good knowledge of PHP 5 would like to help out with this project, please feel free to fork the repo and commit changes to the Firebird extension.
