Last month I started a new open source project at http://sourceforge.net/projects/firealarm/

FireAlarm checks Firebird servers for high load situations, caused by software failures, unoptimized queries or denial of service attacks. It uses a query language for event stream processing which makes it possible to detect complex data and event conditions.

A quick guide to the core FireAlarm API is now on-line and will be updated as work-in-progress at https://sourceforge.net/apps/wordpress/firealarm/

Developers can download the source code and stand-alone executables from the project web page.
