DBWorkbench, IBExpert, FB Maestro, almost every one has a freeware version or trial that you can use to test it. :)

FlameRobin is OpenSource, and also is good for simple tasks. You should take a look in it too.

Also theres a page in IBPhoenix that theres many apps that can help you.
