We were happy with the trial version of Database Workbench, so we
bought the Pro version (v.3.0.4). I downloaded it and installed it.

When I start it up Enterprise Manager is not working properly. None of
the buttons, such as "Register Server" are enabled. Down at the bottom
is "Loading..."

If I try to close it, I get a message, "Please wait while closing
down..." This never ends. The only way to stop it at this point is to
kill the process.

I am running Firebird 2 on Windows XP. I also have SQL Server Express
running. However, I have stopped both servers and tried it again, with
no success. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
