Meanwhile I can only say that I'm pretty sure that requiring Mono is
almost certainly a mistake/oversight; that I seem to have read that
dynamically linking wx was preferred on some distros (perhaps you
could be so kind to tell us which distro and version you are using,
together with all info you deem relevant); that I don't know what
libXinerama is. ;-)
