Notice that the current 1.5 versions are NOT the ready-to-release-
with-setup-and-all versions. They are "release candidates".

Try to get a 1.5 packed setup - they are available on the web,
see www.ibphoenix.com for more information. Next, unzip
1.5 RC5 over it and you should be ready to go.
