No, remove and reinstall do not solve :( maybe Windows is damaged (I see that M$ SqlServer don't works like Firebird).
I need to reinstall Windows 8.1 (build 6.3.9600) but after download at microsoft.com site during install at 72% except a error that a file (not specified) is missing or damaged and stop installation :(
