Or you could just try it to see if it helps. You have repeatedly posted
similar problems over the last few months, and I don't get the
impression you made any progress on it. Just try to initialize your
security database for SRP to see if it fixes your problem. Assuming Srp
is in the UserManager list, it only takes two statements (four if you
want to drop the user again). If it solves the problem, then you can
spend your time and energy on your other problems. If it doesn't solve
your problem, then nothing was lost except the few minutes to
create/drop a SRP user.

And check the firebird.log for errors, as the reply by Dimitry suggests
that the error might be returned for other problems with accessing the
security database (although AFAIK, that is the "Your user name and
password are not defined." error without the reference to the
compatibility chapter).
