Hi friends, anyone knows how to install firebird FirebirdCS-2.5.9.27139-0.i686.rpm on Suse Linux Enterprise 12.1 (kernel version 3.12.49-11-default) ?
I try execute like this :
server:/test # rpm -ivh FirebirdCS-2.5.9.27139-0.i686.rpm

but when I restarted the cpu server, no firebird services running.

When checking from Yast -> software -> software management -> the firebird program has been installed.
But when checking from Yast -> network services -> no firebird service available.
Is there any step installation I missed ?
How execute firebird server to run manually ?
