We have FB3.0.3 installed on a server with 200 odd users each accessing
their own database.

A number have reported this error when attempting to open a database today.

Internal Firebird consistency check (cannot start garbage collector thread)
IProvider::attachDatabase failed when loading mapping cache

What would cause this and what remedy would be possible.
