Hi,

On some servers we encounter a sudden reboot after FB install. Version is 2.5.7.27050 64 bit. It's happening on a variety of operating systems, even just a client install. The reboot happens suddenly without asking any confirmation. The last progress message we see passing on the install screen is "Rundll64". It's not happening always but it's a dangerous on a production server. The last time the customer couldn't laugh with it, because there were several machines connected to that server.

After the reboot the neccesary files are present on the server, but the service is not running and is also not listed in the services window. So Firebird has to be installed again. The second time no reboot anymore and all is fine then.

For now I can't check the event log anymore because the last time was a few weeks ago but I will check in case it happens again.

Any ideas would be welcome.
