Trying to run fbtracemgr is returning a windows message “this app can’t run
on your pc”, and in the prompt it prints “Access is denied”



Windows 8.1, firebird 3.0.3



Have tried elevated prompt, setting the .exe as “run as administrator”, and
changed both firebird.conf and fbtrace.conf in many ways.

The error happens even in a clean / default config files.



The error happens regardless of what arguments I used, have tried a bunch,
for clarity sake this is the one I’m tring to start a session :



fbtracemgr -se localhost/3051:service_mgr -user SYSDBA -password masterkey
-start -name "User Trace 1" -config "fbtrace.conf " > c:\traceout.txt

(have tried changing the port and whatnot)
