Hi.

I'm trying to install Firebird on Alpine linux. There are errors: ldconfig doesn't have the "-p" switch and ps doesn't have "w" option.

I searched for manual install instructions but I couldn't find any. I looked inside install script but I have no ideea what it does. I don't know bash well enough to understand it.

Can someone provide manual install instructions? Or a modified install script that works on Alpine linux?
