Hi folks,
System: Firebird 3.0.4 SuperServer (x64) under Windows 2016
While monitoring server performance, I noticed that Firebird is
constatly operating on the security3.fdb file in the Firebird install
directory. It mostly consists of reads, but writes make up about 5% of
the disk access. The average disk access is around 100 kbit/s for the
security3.fdb file.
The Firebird server services one single database, which is constantly
connected. To me, it seems completely superfluous having this access. Is
it by intention, a bug, a misconfiguration, or something that definitely
should not be there?
Best regards,
Peter
