Why, oh why, do you even have a copy of FB 1.5 to use? It has been long left behind by the Firebird project. Unsupported for years.
Try a more recent version!

In "more information" opens MS page that says "your app does not work on your PC.
In adition, I had it installed it. I think it was unistalled by Windows Update.
