1. Recently migrated my OS and Firebird as under:
(a) From Windows 10 Home 32 to 64 Bit(b) From Firebird-220.127.116.11703_0_Win32 to Firebird-18.104.22.168703_0_x64
2. Now, only when my smart phone has USB tethering OFF, attempt to connect through FlameRobin 0.9.3 (git hash 5ece15b) fails with message "Failed to locate host machine".
3. Win 32 Client application (.Net Provider 22.214.171.124) always connects, irrespective of smart phone's USB tethering OFF / ON. With the earlier versions of OS and Firebird server, I never had such an issue.
4. Resetting the Firewall setting does not help. How can I resolve this ?
